Objectives

To provide participants with a solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals including threat types, prevention, and response strategies. 2. To equip participants with the skills to conduct risk-based Information Systems (IS) audits, focusing on IT controls, compliance, and data integrity. 3. To introduce ethical hacking techniques and tools used to identify and test system vulnerabilities in a controlled and lawful manner. 4. To enhance awareness of legal, ethical, and regulatory frameworks governing cybersecurity and information systems auditing in Tanzania and globally. 5. To develop the ability to assess IT infrastructure for weaknesses, document risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
