Objectives

The broad objectives of this training are classified as follows: 1. to inculcate and equip participants with skills (hard & soft), knowledge, and hands-on-experiences on leadership principles and practices, 2. to equip participants with practical change management skills (hard & soft) and strategies necessary to lead organizations through change while fostering effective leadership 3. to facilitate acquisition of skills (hard & soft) and knowledge by participants to effectively manage their time, improve their efficiency and increase productivity
