• Understand and apply the principles of strategic project management throughout the entire project cycle—from initiation to closure, aligned with Tanzania’s development priorities. • Analyze, design, and evaluate Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models that are appropriate for infrastructure development and service delivery in the Tanzanian context. • Utilize practical Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools and frameworks, such as logical frameworks, theories of change, and results-based management systems to track project performance and impact. • Strengthen risk management and accountability mechanisms in project planning and implementation to minimize inefficiencies and ensure value for money. • Foster stakeholder collaboration and institutional capacity, especially between the public and private sectors, for sustainable project delivery.
