. Develop participants' competency in understanding PPP structures, legal frameworks, and operational mechanisms for designing, negotiating, and managing PPP contracts. ii. Equip participants with the tools to prevent procurement fraud throughout the procurement life-cycle. iii. Enable effective planning, monitoring, and control of procurement budgets for sustained financial health. iv. Build participants' capacity to craft realistic, strategic annual procurement plans aligned with institutional objectives. v. Provide practical training in prioritization methodologies for procurement under conditions of limited resources, budgetary ceilings, and time constraints.
Key target groups include procurement and supply chain professionals, finance and audit personnel, legal and contract specialists, project developers and sponsors, PPP unit officials and policymakers, Engineers, planners, and evaluators, Risk and compliance officers, and Anti-corruption agencies.
